Covid Notice

Since the start of the pandemic, it has been mandatory for all Landlords to provide to the Court a Notice outlining the impact of Coronavirus on their tenant. This must be served on the tenant at least 14 days before the court hearing and 2 copies must be brought to a hearing. It has now been decided that this will continue to be compulsory for all claims until 30th June 2022.
