Some of the most important work we do for clients is in helping them to minimise the potential for disputes arising. Because of this, we encourage our clients to meet with us as soon as possible.

We take the view that Court action should be a last resort. We prefer to use alternative methods of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation and expert determination. However, if court action is required, we will ensure it is carried out as speedily and as cost effectively as possible.

At the start of every case, we will give you our best estimate of what costs are likely to be incurred, and we will update you as the matter progresses. Our objective is to resolve the dispute with the minimum cost to yourself.
